Nora –
Yakuza’s inner workings always confuse me a little, and this series was the same. That being said, the story didn’t take the route I thought it would, especially the circumstances of Makoto and Ai were quite striking and I’ve read the series with intrigue. Having 2 volumes creates room for further character exploration and depth, I’d recommend the series for people who enjoy character/story-driven stories.
