BL Party –
I love Ikuyasu in general, but this is a favorite! Guy who is desperately in love with his best friend and has a long time sex friend/emotional support on the side? Sign me up for that triangle! I find Sakai absolutely DARLING, and his different relationships with each of the other guys (plus their own contentious relationship!) is one of the three reasons this is so good for me. The second is that it’s not a black-and-white, this-or-that resolution. The last is that it’s real hot, and I mean real hot – as it should be, it IS a smut title. I would spend a lot more time with these characters if I could, especially given their years of history together. Have reread it many a time!
