I was so torn while reading, going between starting to enjoy it and at other parts just wanting to put the book down.
It starts off so incredibly cringey with Saki basically sexually harassing Mimasaka because of his silhouette for his photography and then overly clingy tropes ensue. It starts to become something in-depth as Saki begins to heal Mima’s broken social heart and Saki starts to learn what love is making me warm up inside…but then the story ends for a one shot. It does go back to stereotypical spicy scene at the end, but it makes no sense with how their relationship was before the cut.
The one shot I liked the end of, but felt like it would have suited a manga volume more as many plot points came in on the last pages out of nowhere. I so wanted to like this more.
