Thanks!!! Will Add!
Coolmics also has BL
Hi! Coolmic is already on the list!
Disclaimer that I haven’t used these much/at all at this point, and while the database is *manga* focused…
(Manga) Yaoi Cat is a new subscription service trying to get off the ground, both exclusively localized and licensed to distribute titles. https://yaoi.cat/
(Manhwa/some manga/other) Tapas has a BL category (carries both localized [both Tapas localized and licensed to distribute] and original content) https://tapas.io/comics?g=22
(Manhua) WeComics has a BL section (including the comic adaptation of The Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation) https://m.wecomics.com/
Thanks for all the information!! Will update!
How does Yaoi Cat compare to futekiya? They are both subscription based?
Yeah, it’s subscription, too, 4.99 a month, but unlike futekiya, right now the majority of its titles are MediaDo licensed things, and there’s community involvement in translating stuff they get the rights to…? (Not entirely like Rakuten Viki, but not entirely unlike perhaps…?) I’m not entirely clear on the process, but @sarerunet’s working with them to translate some manga and their twitter is @YaoiCatBL, if you want to connect with people for info.
Interesting! Will keep an eye on them. I took a look earlier but their policies seemed a little confusing?
Copin Comics https://copincomics.com/
INKR (as controversial as it may be) https://inkr.com/
Pocket Comics https://www.comico.io/
also add the link to the explicit side of Irodori Sakura during the revamp? https://irodoricomics.com/collections/all/bl
hi! can i please ask why inkr is considered controversial?
Just that it used to be the pirate site Manga Rock, and since that all went down in 2019/early 2020, it’s still pretty fresh in many people’s memories. (as opposed to Crunchyroll and Fakku which made the switch from piracy to legal business years ago)
thank you for the info! i wasn’t aware that inkr used to be manga rock. i suppose it’s a good thing they decided to become legit albeit way later than they should have.
thank you so much for compiling this list! i wonder if you might be willing to mark what kind of payment systems each site uses? like whether they have monthly subscription options or require purchasing of coins/points/etc?
Do you guys know if Webcomics app is a legal source? I found the link in anilist when I wanted to read “10 years I loved you the most”
It has coins, ads and subscription model, but the bad translation makes me doubtful.
This is the link:
https://www.webcomicsapp.com/comic/5d1afb1a62661d7da77ec372
As far as we know, Webcomics is an official, legal source.
On their website, they list their partner publishers and there’s more information about their parent company too.
Partner publishers: https://www.webcomicsapp.com/server/cooperation
Sidewalk Group: https://www.sidewalkgroup.com/
But if anyone else has any information, please feel free to reply!
Seven Seas has quite a few BL and GL titles in their inventory. Most are older but they are finally making popular older BL available to English speakers.

Fakku’s new imprint Kuma is another one starting out and branching out to physical copies.
